We’re proud to be close partners with Ambleside Men’s Shed! As a chapter of Men’s Sheds Ontario, the Ambleside Men’s Shed seeks to help improve men’s health through activities men actually enjoy! If you are a man in the Ambleside area that would like to get involved, you are welcome to join.

CAREGIVER NETWORK
Oasis and the Olde Forge Caregiver Network are collaborative partners on activities and education sessions. If you identify as any form of caregiver, you are welcome to join. The program provides support through recreation, opportunities to connect with other caregivers, and day-away retreats for self-care.

The Council on Aging of Ottawa serves our steering committee, providing invaluable feedback and insight into the needs of Older Adults in the community. They are an essential voice in advocating for the needs of Older Adults, empowering Older Adults, and support the development of Age-Friendly, inclusive communities.
